Cooling and Ventilation

Over heated room can be cooled by placing a turbo dryer on the floor or other flat surface and direct the air for cooler air. Use the front stand to elevate the outlet to help to circulate cool air throughout the room.

Drying Carpets

To dry wet carpets, place turbo dryer under the carpet so that a cushion of air floats the carpet off the floor. In this way, the carpet, underlay pad and floor can be dried at the same time. More detailed information can be found on

Do not allow children to play with or around the operating unitDo not attempt to repair the unit if you are not qualified to do soWhen using the drier outdoors, connect only to a socket provided with an earth leakage circuit breakerAlways operate the unit with an earthed plug and with an earthed supplyNever operate unit with a damaged power cableExtension cables must be earthed and be able to deliver the appropriate voltage to the unitNever operate the unit in pooled or standing water, as this may create a risk of injury from electric shockDo not clog and block the air inlets and do not allow dust, dirt to be drawn into the air intakes

Maintenance

Always remove the plug from the power cable for damages at regular intervals. Always perform the following before each use or as needed.

Inspect the electrical cable for damages at regular intervalsClean off any accumulated lint or other dirt from the inletListen to the unit for adnormal soundsThe bearings on turbo dryers are permanently lubricated. Do not oil

Warranty

PROTEC™warrants to the original purchaser that if within a period 12 months from the date of purchase this equipment is found to be defective either in original materials or workmanship, other than that of fair wear and tear, the faulty part will be replaced free of charge upon presentation of the appropriate evidence, providing the units is returned to the original supplier.
